Problem
The felt located under the top cover (Fig 1) near the (Fig 2) o utput flag/bin full flag located under the top cover w ears out and exposes the adhesive making the flag stick intermittently cause jams. How to Test Push the (Black) flag back and forth quickly if you notice it sticking or hesitation when the (Black) flag returns to its resting position it may need replacement. Solution 1. Remove the top cover and located there the flag 2. Scrape the felt and adhesive materiel off the top cover 3. Clean with alcohol 4. Replace with new clean felt
